Insurance:

We do not contract with any insurance company, however, we will bill your insurance company as a service to you. We will do a pre-determination prior to services rendered so that you know what your financial responsibility will be at the time of your appointment. If you need emergency services and there is no time for a pre-determination, payment will be expected in full however, we will bill your insurance to reimburse you for the amount they allow. For all other situations, payment is expected when services are rendered.
